It is funny how I drew this card today when I went for my walk out in the woods this morning before church I felt more alive than I have for a long while. More sure of what surrounds me the gifts of love from God. I reconnected with my spiritual self more than I have in a long while and this card, confirms it that even a walk is considered a great exercise, and yoga to me is a form of meditation.

Only by allowing this healing can you truly move on to the next phase of your journey. Again this message also reflects from the other message of today. We all need to release some of the emotional toxins that blocks us from the healing, the guidance, the gifts that are bestowed upon us. And we all end up feeling in a "rut" so to speak. So grounding ourselves, spending time out in nature, doing yoga, meditating clears these emotional and physical toxins that is in our mind, body and soul and it is also a way to remove astral cords that are attached to us that creates the negativity that is within us.

Oh my gosh! That is INCREDIBLE LittleFire! I was just telling Two last week how "yoga" keeps coming up for me, and how I think I am supposed to learn it. Then last night, I was talking with a girlfriend who has been doing "hot yoga." In her class, they keep the room at 90 degress and it's a ninety minute session where you cannot leave! Wow. I guess I truly am supposed to pursue yoga. There has not been a day that has gone by that the word "yoga" has not come up several times! Wow! Thank you so MUCH!

I'm so glad the angels are talking to you as well as they are to me. Their messages speak volumes to me, sometimes I will get the same card and feel/sense a different message for me that reaches to my heart.
