Right at the start of November, Neptune and Mercury change direction. Or at least, they appear to. It's what astronomers call an optical illusion. Although, in the case of planets you can hardly see, there's nothing very optical about it. It's more of a theoretical abstraction. A numerical anomaly. But to an astrologer, it's a really big deal. It suggests that the dreams we have all been unable to fulfil may suddenly become much easier to turn into a reality. And the things we have all been unable to say, suddenly become much easier to express.

CAPRICORN

Your November Forecast: It is really not fair to say that Capricorns are obsessed by their sense of duty. They are conscious of it, that's all. The thing is, though, when people are aware of a factor, they tend to give it more attention - especially if they are also aware that others have failed to notice it. Experience has taught you that a large number of people are blissfully unaware of a potential problem. No wonder then that you doubt whether a certain job will ever be done to a satisfactory standard. Monitor a situation carefully in November. But don't feel obliged to take full responsibility for it.
