Red, White and Blue

Ok, it symbolises the colours of the american flag, but who ever coined the phrase must of been made, there are many other countries with "Red White and Blue" on them. I'll list a few.

UK
Australia
New Zealand
France
Russia
Holland
Czech Republic
North Korea
Thailand
Slovania
Fiji

And many more! So if you think about it, the phrase cannot be for the USA only, it can be used for many other countries as well.
