MID Karen does a wonderful job of putting into words the feeling that most of us are having right now. She describes the California fires as a cleansing, and I have had the same feeling. Very similar to the feeling I had about the hurricane. This quote really stood out for me too:

I just wrote on another thread that I need to stop and slow down. She agrees with that 100%. I feel like I am in fast forward mode.

She mentions something about "sleeping through it" and I have been
a lot. When I don't have insomnia. I was extremely depressed and angry the first part of last week. i sometimes wonder if I'm bipolar. MY highs are WAY up there and my lows are WAY down there.

MID I don't believe you are bi-polar. I think a lot of people are experiencing this feeling of depression and blackness. It is the change we are all going through. Bi-polar disorder is very serious, and I think you would know something is very amiss if you had that.

A very close relative of mine had bi-polar disorder and she was continually off balance. Not just intermittently. However, only you would know if this was a constant pattern throughout your entire life.

I just think with Mercury retrograde, and the purging of the earth and all the ascension processes going on it makes us all feel off kilter.

I don't really think I'm bipolar. I had a guy stay with me for a couple of months that is bipolar, I found out recently that he is also schizophrenic. I am NOTHING like him. I'm just sick of the roller coaster ride. I think maybe we all are. I'm tired, bored, frustrated.......
