I figured I would post this here, because even insects brings us messages. Today right after my lunch, a yellow-jacket came upon my desk. There is no sweets on my desk, but it walked upon my pen, then my computer keyboard and remained on my desk for the next twenty minutes. It crawled upon my ruler and gently I picked up my ruler walked across the showroom and open the door and gently let the bee crawl off my ruler upon one of the flowers.

Why did the bee not buzzed around or fly off? Why did it stayed upon my desk and sort of looked like it was imprinting itself upon my daily use of tools? Message perhaps?

Blessings,

Wow, LittleFire, that is astounding, it's actually a sync as well as a message for you. I had posted something Saturday in General discussion about bees and how scientists now believe that bees live in other dimensions. I was talking with Two about it yesterday, as it related to his experience with getting into the void, so to speak. He did a dance in his head, much the same ways bees dance to communicate to one another. Anyway, long story short, bees are so very special to me, because my name, Melissa, means "honeybee". Just yesterday, just yesterday (did I stress that enough?) I looked up bee medicine, because I have "bee times" in my life. Very interesting. Anyway, here is what Bee means...

BEE

Fertility and the Honey of Life, Accomplishing the Impossible

Bees are the symbol of fertility and sexuality.
Its honeycomb, a hexagon, is the symbol of the heart and
represents the sweetness of life found within our own heart.
It is also the symbol of the sun and all its energies.

The bee reminds us to extract the honey of life
and to make our lives fertile (productive) while the sun shines.
No matter how great the dream is, there is the promise of fulfillment if we pursue our dreams.

If a Bee has shown up in your life, examine your own productivity.
Are you doing all you can to make your life more fertile?
Are you busy enough?
Are you making time to savor the honey of life and not becoming a workaholic?

The Bee is the symbol of accomplishing the impossible.
Aerodynamically, its body is too large for its wings and should not be able to fly.
Although now we understand how it does fly (high rate of wing movement),
the Bee remains a symbol of accomplishing anything you put your mind to.

In Hinduism, the Bee relates to Vishnu, Krishna or Kama, the God of Love.
In Egypt, the Bee symbolized royalty.
In Greece, it was the symbol of the Eleusinian Mysteries.
The Celts associated the Bee with hidden wisdom.

Oh thank you so much Melissa! That is outstanding information. Somehow there is definitely a message for me. It was just so amazing to watch that bee so up close yet normally I kind don't like to have them near me as I get an allergic reaction from a sting... this one, I truly felt at peace with it, welcoming it by my side.

After reading your reply, I saw the bee again in my vision walking upon my favorite pen. An indication perhaps it is time that I start writing. I have been thinking about it for several years now, but never really took the time... What do you think?

Liam, I felt the same way as you have.... but sweetie, you can really commune with them, see them in a different light. The more I spent watching the bee, the less fear I had and felt the spiritual connection with it. I began to appreciate and be more in awe with it than anything.

Think about it for a minute. If this bee could communicate with me, what would it tell me? Where has it been, what has it seen? What message can it tells us about our world, our lifestyle right now?

Blessings,
LittleFire
