ways to keep the Doctor away

YOU guys are totally whacked, which is why I love you. seriously, You might try hypnosis. I had an aunt once (married to my uncle) who was a heavy smoker 2-3 packs a day, she went to one of those group hypnosis sessions (you know, they come into town and advertise on T.V.) and never smoked again. It probably depends on how badly you REALLY want to quit. Hypnosis won't get you to do things you don't want to do or would normally do.

MID, do you mean we should try the hypnosis for being whacked or for quitting smoking? LOL! Just kidding and we love you, too. Wait til you read my beauty and fashion tips for the well-prepared evacuee/refugee. heh.

As for the smoking, I don't want to send my body into shock, so I am going to try tapering off. And I have these supplements called "Detox" that are supposed to help rid the body of toxins from cigarettes.

I don't know that the hypnosis would send you into shock. I'm pretty sure they cover withdrawals etc. in the session. I've always wanted to try it. There is always accupuncture and auriculotherapy. Auriculotherapy is a non invasive form of electriclal stimulation to the external ear for the relief of pain and addictive behaviors.
