Is it just me?

Is it just me or has anyone else been utterly exhausted lately? I don't have any energy or motivation to do even the simplest things lately.

MID, yesterday I thought I might actually have a heart attack, my heart just raced all day, and yes, I am utterly exhausted. Today I feel good though....I'm drinking more water and I had been forgetting to take my pomegranate supplement.

Yesterday I was tired because I didn't sleep the night before, even though I was tired, good ole insomnia. I had a good nights sleep last night, for me, and am still exhausted. I seem to have one "good" day a week when I seem to have energy, I get a LOT done on that day. I also don't really seem to care about anything any more. Nothing matters. Its as if I'm just going through the motions. I go to work just to pay the bills and keep a roof over my head. Maybe its just the "in between" time Karen talks about. I WANT MY ENERGY BACK!! If anyone out there finds it could you please return it to me, I would really appreciate it. I don't like feeling this way, its not me.

Life in general has a way of impacting the way we feel and have a direct relationship on our mental well being. What you are describing is depression, it is when we are in this state of mind that causes a feeling of lack of energy, and loss of sleep., not a care in the world. I have been there myself. Try looking at life this way, instead of a glass being half empty, think of it as half full. We all fall into the feeling of not careing about anything every now and then, and feel like all we do is work to make ends meet. Try thinking of things in your life that make you happy and try not to dwell on the negative. We see so much negative things on the news that I quit watching it completely, I listen to music instead. I pray tomorrow will be a better day for you.

I send you a pick-up, too, MID. I felt the same way this week, and I use Osiris' practical advice, particularly the turning off the news and TURNING UP MUSIC in your life. I even turn my TV around and look at its butt, instead of the big black hole, even put a pretty picture in front of it, a candle on top and say my prayers that way. We're gonna round up all your tired feelings in a big bundle here at twohawk's nest, call on a huge stork to take it away to another dimension (We don't want stork to drop the bundle on some couple expecting a blessed little bundle :lol!: ) I gave Stork the instructions to take MID's bundle of dark, poopy stuff and drop it off on Venus, on his way to the sun. He promised me he would do that.... :farao:
