This is a simple meditation I thought of one day. One session is spent focusing on a seed for as long as felt needed of a fruit tree. Then the seed is planted preferably in a pot. This is where it gets interesting. The next session is spent focusing on burning incense. The ashes are placed in the pot when it has burned to its completion. Then the next session is spent focusing on a measure of water intended for the seed. When you feel the session is done you water the pot. The next session is spent focusing on the plants soil, and the seed within for as long as felt needed. From this point on the water session should be done every other session to ensure the plant does grow and does not die. Next session after the next watering is spent focusing on the air around the plant for as long as felt needed. When the plant sprouts, and it comes time to alternate back to the soil meditation now focus on the plant as well as the soil. Make sure to also do the incense one with its ashes. When the plant bares fruit, you will eat your own thoughts, feelings, and energy spent during these sessions. :)
