| This is something Melissa and I saw on tv a week ago that seemed somewhat interesting. A local gentleman constructd this from a kit off the internet and improved his gas milage considerably. I am going to order the guide and begin to construct my own device. Interestingly, it works on both gas and diesel vehicles.
