Another Hawk at the nest? (Or is it a Peregrine in your avatar pic, Nenochto? Anyway, this nest is open to any birds willing to fly (to the other sky, if you kwim), liking the Down by the Creek location (There's one on the grounds where I live called Crystal Springs, an old CWestern Cherokee healing grounds, though few know that.... I grew up by a creek, I was healed, bigtime by dangling my feet into a little creek. Everything happens "Down by the Creek"..... pop

It's a Kestrel, a small member of the Falcon Family.

They migrate down around my home this time of year.
