This morning when I woke up this thought came to me which I wanted to share here with everyone as I was prompted to:

The more I learn to love myself, the more I know how to love others.

When the healing power of love flows through our lives it will lift us up, rid of negative energies and re-balance ourselves to reconnect with who we are and the path we are on. Not only does it affect ourselves but everyone we also encounter. So I encourage you all to love yourselves and we will be in a protective shield of pure love, with the Great One, and be One in unity.
