sale of property

I accepted an offer for some property I have for sale. I went to check on it just before Thanksgiving and discovered that the water pipe from the well to the house had broken and since I had forgotten and left the power on to the pump and hot water heater they are likely burnt out. The person buying the property said they would buy it "as is", however I don't know if he knew about the water situation. He is going to look at the inside of the house Wednesday, he has already checked it out from the outside. My question is, will the deal still go through? I appreciate all responses.

Although I cannot tell you if your property will sell, I really don't think that the water pipe, pump, and water heater will be a big factor as these things can be fixed rather easily. Just keep a positive attitude and about yourself and things should go your way. For me this would not be an issue, but some will use any excuse to bring the price down. Do as your heart tells you.
