As a native Iowan and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue Service, I am writing to

Ask for your assistance. I have contacted the Department of Homeland Security in an

Effort to determine the process for becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you.

My primary reason for wishing to change my status from U.S. Citizen to illegal alien stems

From the bill which was recently passed by the Senate and for which you voted. If my

Understanding of this bill's provisions is accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the

United States for five years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and

Income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I see one and I am

Anxious to get the process started before everyone figures it out.

Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay taxes every year so I'm

Excited about the prospect of avoiding two years of taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine.

Is there any way that I can apply to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent

Result for me and my family because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005.

Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local emergency room as my primary

Health care provider. Once I have stopped paying premiums for medical insurance, my

Accountant figures I could save almost $10,000 a year.

Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter would receive preferential

Treatment relative to her law school applications, as well as "in-state" tuition rates for many

Colleges throughout the United States for my son.

Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden of renewing my driver's

License and making those burdensome car insurance premiums. This is very important to me

Given that I still have college age children driving my car.

If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become illegal (retroactively if

Possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for

Its also rediculous! Let's talk real about illegal immigration. Who are we unhappy with? LOW-INCOME PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF THEIR COLOR/LANGUAGE/LIFE-STYLE WHO TAKE LOW-INCOME JOBS FROM US (as though we really want them-yaddah, yaddah, yaddah--too far "beneath" OUR worth) WHO, BECAUSE THEY ARE UNDOCUMENTED, EITHER DON'T PAY THEIR TAXES, AND OR SEND MONEY BACK HOME INSTEAD OF SPENDING IT HERE.

NOW LET'S GET REAL!!!!

WHAT ABOUT ALL OF US "WHITE FOLK" WHO CHEAT ON OUR TAXES EVERY YEAR, 'CAUSE THE IRS DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO DO ANY INVESTIGATION EXCEPT AN OCCASIONAL RANDOM CHECK, AND WHEN IT DOES FIND THE ERROR WE INTENTI0NALLY SLIPPED IN, WE GET AWAY WITH CALLING IT UNINTENTIONAL, ARE GIVEN A GRACE PERIOD TO PAY OUR BACK TAXES, AND IF WE DON'T, SO WHAT? WE SIMPLY cancel OUR ACCOUNTS, SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER ONE, AND CONTINUALLY AVOID PAYING OUR TAXES, play the paper tiger game....you know, it takes a lot of work and time sometimes, but we get all this money we get to use ourselves , hee-hee . THAT'S THE REAL TRUTH!!!

WE (the people I mentioned) ARE COMMITTING 10 TIMES THE FRAUD THAN LOW-INCOME PEOPLE from Mexico and many other third-world countries (people coming in illegally from our coastlines-atlantic/pacific which need to be mentioned here, also---) the immigrants do. Ours is easy to corrupt and get away with it. Theirs really does end up jailing the perpetrator often, from what we hear in the news. Sure, ours is easier to swallow, but both systems are diabolical, corrupt and end up devastating real lives! as far as I'm concerned.
YOU WANT TO CHANGE THIS? DEMAND THAT ABSOLUTELY EVERY PAY FOR WORK DONE (ANY job a society needs for it to function) MUST BE PAID BY TRACEABLE PAPER CHECK TRANSFER, OR ELECTRONIC, if chosen. NO CASH FOR ANYBODY WORKING FOR A LICENSED EMPLOYER, PERIOD! WITH TAXES ALREADY TAKEN OUT, AS LONG AS GOVT HAS GOT ITS SHARE, WHO CARES WHAT WE DO WITH WHAT'S LEFT? (COURSE WE KNOW ITS REALLY THE EMPLOYERS (both local/small or national/huge) WHO DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO DOCUMENT ANYONE THEY CAN SLIP THROUGH WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION TO THE FEDS. (That, plus the headache/man labor necessary to do the "paper/electronic trail incompetent organizations you keep running into each time you TRY to be legal with our nincompoops and their legal paper game that has permeated throughout the entire system.....)
