PostSubject: Mini-Vacation   Thu Aug 09, 2007 10:36 am

Hello Dear Ones;

My son Nick has been gone for awhile on Summer Training Camp with the Royal Sea Cadets. He will be 14 yrs old in September. His graduation is this coming Friday which I will go attend. It is a 3 hours drive from where we live. Well, since I haven't spent much time with him this summer, after the graduation parade, 8:30pm, we will gather his belongings and stay at an Inn for the night about 1 hour away. The Inn is located right by the Mighty St. Lawrence River that banks Canadian and USA border. This place is called the 1000 Islands. and the next morning we plan on taking the 3 hours boat tour of the Thousand Islands with a stopover at Bolt Castle. Call it our Mini-Vacation. I did promise my son that I will bring civilian clothes for him, since he has been in training at the Royal Military College! And lots of candies! LOL

Blessings to all,
LittleFire

LitteFire Congratulations to you and your son. I know you are so proud of him. "The Royal Military College." Wow, how impressive! I am proud for him. The board is going to be so empty. Everybody is going somewhere.

Well, you enjoy your vacation and your time with your son. You deserve the best. Please let us know how it goes. The area sounds simply beautiful. I love the water.

I want you to know also that I have been storming heaven with my prayers. You are included in them for you and Redfeather to be brought together. You are such a shining soul, I know your heart's desire will manifest before you know it. Be patient. GOD is on your side. Believe.

With Love and Blessings

Spring

Yes, I will take my camera and take pictures. The Thousand Islands are quite beautiful, and I live about 2 hours East from that area so when summer comes, I usually camp in that area. But alas, this year, I have not. :( I will post some pictures here... TwoHawks, BTM... time for you to venture here as well one day.... grab Redfeather at the same time ;)

SM, thank you for praying... you don't know how much that touches my heart. And your last word... BELIEVE wow, when I was reading the Gospel of Mark, that very word jumped at me. Our Heavenly Father is truly communicating through His words and through my spiritual family here.

Blessings,
LittleFire

My Great grandfather used to pilot ships up and down the St. Laurance river many moons ago. Working with him was one of my dads first jobs

My Son Nick and I are back, tired, but greatful for the nice weather and that the car made it back home! LOL The boat ride on the river was fabulous, we met a wonderful couple from Cleveland Ohio where they spent the day with us.
