CLARA's RIGHT. I have and still do, eat dandelion salad (there's another weed, dock-when young--really good). CLARA forgot to mention YOUNG, YOUNG PLANT, BEFORE its first flower--then, in my opinion its too late.
Its the difference between sweet and sour, tender and tough, Really!, no kidding.....
